At the helm of The Batteau is Executive Chef and Owner, Clayton Butler. Chef Butler developed the concept of The Batteau after two decades immersed in the culinary world, traveling and training throughout the United States. He looks forward to sharing his eclectic culinary style and extensive wine knowledge.
